After gaining 10 years of French culinary experience at renowned establishments such as Bistro Kamekichi in Tanimachi 4-chome and Blanc Pierre near the Kyoto Imperial Palace, the chef embarked on a journey to France.

In Paris' 7th district, they honed their skills at the gastronomic restaurant "restaurant L'inconnu," and in the 19th district, they trained at the highly popular neo-bistro "le975" before returning to Japan.

Upon their return, the chef assumed the position of chef at the Michelin one-star restaurant "Cosimo Plus" in Ashiya, where they showcased their creativity and expertise acquired in both Japan and France.

Currently, they are in the process of preparing for independence and have temporarily returned with a limited-time delivery restaurant.

The menu is tailored based on customer requests, and consultations are conducted to coordinate the dining experience.

The minimum usage fee starts at 66,000 yen (including tax).
