About the Service Sales

Sales Price

The "Chef Search" page's "Chef List" shows each chef's "XX yen course". This "XX yen" is the price per person, and the total amount obtained by multiplying this by the number of orders is the sales price. (Price without tax)

* The sales price includes the cost of ingredients, and the remuneration for services such as cooking and shopping. Except for the transportation costs mentioned below, there are no additional costs to be borne by the customer. * As for transportation costs, if it takes more than 10 minutes on foot from the nearest station to the service provision location, we will charge the actual taxi fare (round trip) from the nearest station on the day. Alternatively, it's also fine if you come to pick us up at the nearest station. If the service provision location is far away, the actual cost of transportation to the nearest station may also be incurred, so please consult with us in advance.

You can pay by credit card (VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AMERICAN EXPRESS, Diners Club).
If you do not have a credit card, you can also pay by bank transfer. Please make the payment to the following account. Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.

Service Provision Timing

The date and time selected by the customer at the time of ordering ("Chef's visit date and time") will be the time of service provision.

Cancellation Policy

Customers can cancel all or part of their order by notifying us. If a customer cancels an order, a cancellation fee will be charged according to when the cancellation was made.

  • On the day of the chef's visit: 100% of the fee
  • From the day before to 5 days before the chef's visit: 100% of the fee
  • 6 days or more before the chef's visit: 0% of the fee
