I am here to create smiles for everyone!
I graduated from the Tsuji Culinary Institute's French school. I received training in authentic French cuisine at renowned establishments in France such as 'Auberge du Dril' and 'Jacques Decoret.' After returning to Japan, I honed my skills at 'Restaurant Hiramatsu.' I worked in restaurants in Nagoya, Kanazawa, and Osaka, mastering everything from sauces. Eventually, I became the Deputy Head Chef at a five-star hotel in Kobe.
My passion for cooking stems from the joy of witnessing people's smiles up close and sharing my own unique culinary perspective.
I put great effort into every aspect of preparation and consider the preferences of our customers. Cooking is an art that revolves around the people who enjoy it.
I will deliver dishes made with love and dedication!

All courses include plate and cutlery rental.
The menu is completely up to you or we will consult with you to determine the menu content.

Children's plate (elementary school age and under) 1,000 yen (1,100 yen including tax)

Two Star Truffle Foie Gras Course 20,000yen
All courses include plate and cutlery rental.
