I am originally from Osaka Prefecture. Growing up with a grandfather who was a Japanese cuisine artisan, I naturally ventured into the world of cooking.

My journey in authentic culinary arts began in Osaka, where I learned the fundamentals of cooking at a long-established ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant). I also gained experience in catering and providing off-site catering services there.

Furthermore, I had the opportunity to take charge of the kitchen in a 50-seat traditional Japanese restaurant in Nara, demonstrating my ability to cater to larger groups.

Building upon these experiences, I decided to become an independent off-site catering chef. My primary focus is to ensure that your precious gatherings are enjoyed to the fullest, and I strive to embody this through my culinary creations.
