After graduating from university, I dived into the world of cooking and started my apprenticeship at Italian restaurants in Aichi Prefecture. Over the years, I honed my skills in Italian cuisine at several establishments, eventually launching my career as a traveling chef in 2019.
Recognizing that some customers find it challenging to dine out due to reasons such as having young children, limited time for leisurely meals, or physical constraints, and others may prefer a more relaxed atmosphere than traditional restaurants, I offer professional Italian cuisine in the comfort of their own homes.
Starting from November 2023:
For lunch reservations, we accept bookings with a total course price of 50,000 yen (tax included) or more.
For dinner reservations, we accept bookings with a total course price of 80,000 yen (tax included) or more.
- Tableware: Available for order from the optional menu.
- Cookware: You cannot bring your own.
- Seasoning: You can bring your own.
- Transportation: Car (motorcycle)

当日は、子ども料理を最初に出していただき、子どもたちが喜んで食べている中、大人の会に入りました。
どの料理も、目で驚き!、食べて感動!、そして、食べ終わると、幸せな気持ちいっぱいになりました。
また、日ごろ使っているお皿に素敵な料理が運ばれてくると、「こんな使い方もあるんだ。」と不思議な気持ちになり、面白かったです。
やはり、なんといっても、食材のよさを生かして料理をしてくださるので、「鰆って、こんなに美味しかったんだ」「知多牛の部位によって、こんなにも、味が違うんだ」など、感動の味の連続でした。

味はイタリアンに和のテイストも入り創作色がありました。特に
とうもろこしのカッペリーニ冷製カルボナー仕立て夏トリュフ
は素晴らしいバランスの味でした。普通のレストランで目玉で出せるレベルだと思います。
