Born in 1981, Osaka native.

After graduating from Tsuji Culinary Technical School, I chose the world of Italian cuisine. I began my culinary journey in a small local trattoria, where I not only honed my cooking skills but also learned the fundamentals of service.

Later, I had the privilege of apprenticing under the Italian culinary maestro, Chef Morikazu Katayama, and served as the head chef at sister restaurants in Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Kobe, and Yokohama for over a decade.

Currently, I am employed at Motok Planning Co., Ltd., where I serve as the head chef at the popular bistro VOLTA in Kita-Shinchi.

"As a father of two children, I understand the challenges of dining out with little ones and the desire to provide restaurant-quality meals for elderly parents. I've had these experiences myself.
