I graduated from Yamato Gakuin Kyoto Culinary School and Kyoto Confectionery and Bread Technology School.
I gained experience in Italian restaurants and cafes, where I became fascinated by the world of pizza at 'Italian Dining muse.' I honed my skills as a pizza artisan, and at the young age of 26, I became a head chef.

Homemade Focaccia is included (all-you-can-eat).
For special occasions, we add a chocolate pen message and fireworks to the dessert for the person being celebrated (free of charge).

皆、お腹いっぱいになって帰っていただきました。
家にシェフ?なんて敷居が高いイメージですが、お安いコースもありますし、何より特別な方を招く時に、買い物をして料理を作ったりバタバタしなくてもいいので、とてもいい時間を過ごすことができました。
逆に狭いキッチンで申し訳なかったです。
後片付けもきれいにしていただき、すべてが良かったです。
