Born in Naruto City, Tokushima Prefecture in 1984.
After graduating from university, learned the basics of wine and cuisine as a service man in a hotel restaurant. At the age of 25, became the store manager and chef at an Italian bar in Ashiya, taking on roles beyond cooking, including that of a barista.
Later experienced a variety of genres including Western and Japanese cuisine in Fukushima and Nakanoshima. Currently employed as a sous chef at Naniwa Robata Chodai, Lucua Osaka, under Motox Planning Inc.
"As a parent raising young children, I deeply understand the difficulties of dining out, as well as the challenges of preparing meals and cleaning up at home. With the prolonged home stays during the COVID-19 pandemic, the importance of childcare and housework has become even more evident. In these times, I hope to help families spend enjoyable and relaxing moments together!"
