From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a chef and enrolled at the Abeno Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka to pursue this dream. My passion for cooking grew as I learned various genres such as French, Italian, and creative cuisine, leading to my independence at 26.
Eager to broaden my horizons, I spent a year in Indonesia (Bali) and another in Ishigaki Island, immersing myself in local cuisines. I specialize in using fruits encountered in these places to create sauces and dressings, and I continue to explore the possibilities and joys of these combinations.

2nd Item: Appetizer 2 - Carpaccio of scallops, salmon roe, and smoked salmon with a Shiranui sauce.
3rd Item: Warm Dish - Fricassee of Sakura-jima chicken and mushrooms.
4th Item: Pasta - Garden-style pasta, Ortolana.
