From a young age, I dreamed of becoming a chef and enrolled at the Abeno Tsuji Culinary Institute in Osaka to pursue this dream. My passion for cooking grew as I learned various genres such as French, Italian, and creative cuisine, leading to my independence at 26.

 

Eager to broaden my horizons, I spent a year in Indonesia (Bali) and another in Ishigaki Island, immersing myself in local cuisines. I specialize in using fruits encountered in these places to create sauces and dressings, and I continue to explore the possibilities and joys of these combinations.

 

"In these times when dining out is a rarity, I would like to assist in creating 'wonderful moments' for you. That’s why I've registered with a delivery restaurant service. Please feel free to consult me about anything, no matter how trivial."
