I graduated from a Japanese culinary school in 1986. I honed my skills at various renowned hotels in Osaka, even serving as a head chef. Later on, I gained experience as an owner-chef and executive chef in Tokyo and Kyoto.

While my foundation is in French cuisine, I am well-versed in authentic Japanese cuisine as well as various international and fusion cuisines. My motto is 'Happiness comes from the dining table!' I strive to provide our customers with a special day.
