At the age of 18, I began my apprenticeship as a chef at an authentic kaiseki (traditional Japanese multi-course) restaurant. I dedicated 13 years to honing my skills and then spent the next 4 years working as a manager at an izakaya (Japanese pub).

Eventually, I took over from my father and in September of the 17th year of the Heisei era (2005), we reopened the current 'Kageyama' after a renovation. Since then, we have continued to provide our patrons with the best in fish cuisine.

When it comes to fish dishes, think 'Kageyama.' We will do our utmost to bring joy to all of you.

  • Cookware: You can bring your own.
  • Seasoning: You can bring your own.
  • Transportation: By car (motorcycle).
