Born in 1989. Born in Osaka.
After graduating from high school, he worked at a sushi restaurant.
After that, he worked for a restaurant group with a history of 60 years, where he experienced being a restaurant manager.
Currently, he is the ace of the catering department of "sushibaa-genya," a sushi restaurant in Fukushima, Osaka.
He specializes in catering specializing in sushi.
We hope you will enjoy our seasonal sushi with red vinegar.
We can travel for a minimum of 60,000 yen per order (tax not included).

大人8人と子ども2人(生モノあり1名・生モノなし対応1名)で利用させていただきました。
大人のコースですが、ネタを握るのも目の前で見れるからテンションが上がるし、
シェフも気さくに話をしてくださるのでムードも最高です。
写真は子ども用のコース内容と大人用で私が個人的に感動したものです。
場所が異なっても、どこでもきっとこれだけ美味しいものを提供できるのだろうなと
シェフの持つ技術に頭が下がります。
コースは2貫ずつの提供です。メニューは事前に提示されていましたが、それでも次どんな美しい鮨が来るんだろうかとみんなでワクワクするくらい、最初の1貫から感動させられます。
提供速度も適切で、みんなで持ち寄ったお酒もいいペースで飲めました。
最後うまいことみんな満腹で、「うまかったなー」って絵に書いたようなセリフを言い合いながら床につきました。最高の思い出をありがとうございました。
語彙力に欠けるので、写真も一緒に添付しました。
両親が喜んでくれて何よりも私は嬉しかったです。
