I started my culinary career at the age of 19 by joining a Michelin-starred restaurant, thus stepping into the world of professional cooking.
There, I spent six years learning the basics of Italian and French cuisine, including appetizers, pasta, fish, meat, and sauces. After that, I worked at various renowned restaurants in Tokyo, acquiring a diverse range of culinary skills, before becoming an independent traveling chef.
Especially in these times, I am fully committed to delivering the essence of what started it all - the desire for "delicious food!"
Whether it's for an anniversary, a party, or simply wanting to enjoy restaurant-quality course meals at home, I provide it all! I also prepare children's menus.
