Born in 1984 in Hyogo Prefecture

After graduating from high school, trained in Italian restaurants in Tokyo and Kanagawa

Later became the head chef of a company that operates Japanese and Western restaurants in Osaka.

Awakened to the charm of grass-fed beef, I mainly offer catering and cooking classes focusing on menus using grass-fed beef.

What is grass-fed beef?

  • Cattle that are grazed in natural environments and fed on grass
  • High in nutritional value, contains quality protein & iron, and rich in omega-3 fatty acids
  • Free from growth hormones and artificial feeds that you wouldn't want in your body

Please use in such scenarios:

  • For those who care about the health of their family or themselves.
  • For those who can't enjoy eating meat anymore due to indigestion or heartburn.
  • For meat lovers and for hosting guests.
  • Tableware: You cannot bring your own.
  • Cookware: You cannot bring your own.
  • Seasoning: You can bring your own.
  • Transportation: By car or train (additional transportation costs apply if using expressways).
