Nice to meet you, I am Chef Teruo Arakawa.
At the age of 19, I moved to Kyushu and trained at "Miyachiku," a Miyazaki beef teppanyaki steak restaurant located inside the historic Miyazaki Kanko Hotel, which serves the Japanese Imperial Family.
After gaining experience in the family's Western-style restaurant, I launched a mobile teppanyaki service in 2019. I receive orders from individual homes, companies, glamping sites, and rental villas.
Currently, I handle about 150 requests annually and also supervise teppanyaki services at regional hotels, among other responsibilities.

Cooking is done right in front of you without using the kitchen, providing a live cooking experience with flames and excitement.

As obvious as it may sound, I pay special attention to greetings and hygiene.
◆ On-the-day precautions ◆
I try to adapt to the atmosphere and communicate with the customers, ensuring a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience without being too formal.
◆ Post-service precautions ◆
Besides cleaning up, I also do a basic cleaning to conclude the service.

*When grilling meat, I perform flambé, which may cause some oil splatter. Please be aware of this. (A mat will be placed around the stove to prevent stains)
*Groups larger than 6 people require consultation.
*A cooking space of about 2 square meters is necessary. Please confirm this in advance.
