About Us
After Graduating from High School, I Studied Abroad in Australia for 2 Years
Upon Returning, I Entered the World of Culinary Arts
I Obtained a Cooking License and a Hygiene Manager License
I Spent 5 Years Learning Multinational Cuisine
At the Age of 25, I Traveled Around the World for a Year to Experience Authentic Cuisine
Upon Returning, I Gained Experience as a Head Chef and Manager at a Certain Restaurant Startup
In 2012, I Founded "MaxCare" and Began Selling Outdoor BBQ Equipment
In 2014, I Became a Certified BBQ Instructor
In September 2014, I Established the Chef-led BBQ Catering Business "VAMOS BBQ"
In 2017, I Opened Asakusa Meat Bar "VAMOS 29 CAFE"
In 2020, We Launched VAMOS Takeout
In 2020, We Opened Kameari, Katsushika Ward's Meat & Skewer Bar "Kuukai"
