Honda Kazuki

I am "Honda Kazuki," a private chef specializing in providing on-site chef services primarily in Tokyo.

After graduating from a culinary school, I worked in various food and beverage establishments in Kanto, Kansai, and even New York, where I honed my skills and gained experience in various cuisines and services.

In addition to working at restaurants, I also accept individual requests for events and culinary services. I have been involved in culinary events, both in Kanto and Kansai regions, as well as farming activities such as natural cultivation (in Chiba, Kyoto, Awaji Island, and Okayama), salt production and sales (Awaji Island), and beekeeping (Awaji Island) related to food.

In August 2020, I decided to become independent after leaving my previous job in catering and wedding-related services. Since then, I have been focusing on providing on-site chef and catering services, mainly in Tokyo.

With my service, I bring pre-prepared ingredients and use your kitchen facilities to finish cooking and provide the meal. I come equipped with plates, cutlery, table mats, napkins, and personalized menus for each guest. I pay attention to every detail, from the food to the service and ambiance, to ensure your satisfaction.

I can cater to a wide range of occasions, from formal dining events like anniversary celebrations, birthdays, and milestone parties to casual gatherings with friends or company farewell parties. I am flexible and can adapt to your specific preferences and dietary needs, including Italian, French, Japanese, and fermented cuisine. I also work with our own brand of salt called "Star Salt," which we produce with my colleagues on Awaji Island.

If you have any dietary restrictions, food allergies, or specific preferences like low-carb, vegetarian, or macrobiotic diets, please feel free to discuss them with me, and I will create a tailored culinary experience for you.

  • Tableware: You can bring your own. (I typically bring suitable tableware for the dishes)
  • Cookware: You can bring your own. (Generally, I borrow the equipment, but I can bring any missing utensils, such as pots.)
  • Seasoning: You can bring your own.
  • Transportation: (Cars or motorcycles are usually used for transportation, but depending on the location and the number of people, we may also use trains.)
