From my student days, I worked in French restaurants to hone my skills. After training in Michelin-starred restaurants in Fukuoka, Osaka, and Kyoto, I ventured into independent restaurant ownership.
I believe that cooking can change significantly based on the quality of ingredients, and I focus on elevating exceptional ingredients through culinary techniques.
I am currently working on expanding the number of establishments. I promise to provide the finest ingredients to our customers. Whether it's a family gathering or a mom's meeting, I can accommodate various occasions.
