Since childhood, I made a determined decision to dive into the world of Italian cuisine. 

After training at renowned restaurants in Tokyo, I ventured to Italy!

 

Back then, I focused on learning the lesser-known regional dishes of Northern Italy, and I honed my skills at various establishments, from local eateries to fusion cuisine spots, and even three-star Michelin restaurants.

 

My extensive experience in Italy has allowed me to excel in both traditional regional dishes that delight Italians and innovative creations that stand out.

 

Today, I am an on-site chef based in Hyogo Prefecture, specializing in dishes centered around vegetables and fish. 

Please leave it to me to provide you with dishes that will make you feel happy. 

I tailor my services to match the situation of the day, ensuring an enjoyable and lively experience for my customers.

 

With a wealth of experience in various cuisines, not limited to Italian, I can meet all your needs as a personal chef. 

My goal is to offer a service that goes beyond delicious food and allows you to savor the "joy of food."
