Trained in a three-star restaurant in France's Alsace region and having worked in a five-star hotel's French restaurant in Japan, the chef has served as head chef in restaurants in Daikanyama, Shibuya, Ebisu, and within Roppongi Hills.

 

The chef has been active in a wide array of culinary fields, including menu development (French, ethnic, Mexican, creative Japanese cuisine) for corporations, overseeing restaurant cuisine, and consulting for restaurant startups, bringing extensive expertise to the table in various aspects of the food industry.

 

In catering and traveling chef services, the chef leverages diverse experience to offer French cuisine crafted with Japan's seasonal ingredients, providing a unique culinary experience.

 

We can customize the menu to match your specific requests.
