Please enjoy delightful and heartwarming dishes in a comfortable setting.

Drawing from my experience in Michelin-starred Italian restaurants and a 20-year career as a chef, I aim to create dishes that can be enjoyed by people of various backgrounds, ages, and genders. 

I have received numerous requests for my services in the Kansai region.

After graduating from a culinary school, I gained experience in hotels and Michelin-starred Italian restaurants, as well as various culinary genres. 

In 2016, I received an award of excellence in the Carlo's Cooking Contest, and my culinary creations have been featured in numerous magazines and media outlets, including a publication in Fujin Gaho in 2019.
