Born in Tokyo, trained for 3 years at a Kaiseki restaurant in Akasaka. Worked at the Carnevale Corporation (a restaurant group known for Kintan and Yakiniku Kintan) as follows:

- Deputy Chef at "Kintan" in Akasaka.

- Head Chef at "Kintan" in Shirokane.

- Head Chef at "Kintan" and "Niku Sushi" in Coredo Muromachi.

 

Currently working as a catering and private chef, providing on-site cooking services.

  • Seasoning: You can bring your own.
  • Transportation: Car (motorcycle)
