After working at Tsukiji Tamura in Tokyo for 9 years, I served as a chef for a public residence in Jakarta, Indonesia, for six months, followed by a seven-year assignment in Calgary, Canada.
Upon returning to Japan, I spent about a year as a stay-at-home husband.
Starting this year, I have been working as an on-site chef for various events and occasions.
