After graduating from high school, I worked at an Italian bar, a rare find at the time.
Due to my father's circumstances, I took over a Chinese restaurant in Asakusa, which I ran for four years before traveling to Australia.
There, I worked for a year in a Japanese restaurant, followed by seven years in a highly popular French bistro (featured twice in the Michelin Guide), and then managed a wine bar in Hanzomon.
Now, I run an invitation-only bar.
Throughout my diverse culinary experiences, my work with wine has remained constant. Leveraging my experience as a sommelier, I am keen to offer catering services specialized in wine events.
The menu I provide is just an example; please consult with me regarding the price and content (Japanese, Western, Chinese, Vegan options available).
I can also assist with sourcing wines.
■ Regarding Travel Areas
During weekdays until 4 PM, I cater exclusively to Minato, Chiyoda, and Shibuya wards.
On Sundays and holidays, I am generally available to travel anywhere (transportation fees will be charged separately).
- Tableware: You can bring your own. (Optional Menu)
- Cookware: You can bring your own.
- Seasoning: You can bring your own.
- Transportation: Car (motorcycle) or train.

Wine Event Catering Course - 8,000 yen (for groups of 4 or more / Lunch only)
1st Course: "Pâté de Cochon" (Pork Pâté)
2nd Course: "Foie Gras Ravioli in Soup, with Truffle Kneaded into the Dough"
3rd Course: "Seasonal Fish Dish" or "Seasonal Meat Dish"
- For the 3rd course, the preference and wine pairing will be discussed and decided upon reservation.
4th Course: "Seasonal Dessert"

Children's Menu - 3,500 yen (tax included 3,850 yen)
Dishware Rental - 800 yen per person (tax included 880 yen)
Set of Three Types of Wine Glasses - 1,000 yen per person (tax included 1,100 yen)
