After graduating from high school, I underwent training in Toyama Prefecture, Tokyo, and Italy. In 2008, at the age of 26, I opened an Italian restaurant in Takaoka City, Toyama Prefecture. I prioritize various local producers and create dishes that showcase the uniqueness of the region. I also pay attention to the choice of tableware, using works by local artists to complement the cuisine and express Toyama's culture. I have experience with catering for corporate clients, private residences, nursing homes, and have participated in various events such as Summer Sonic and music festivals, offering gourmet food and wine. In 2020, I left my hometown to explore the view of my hometown from Tokyo through ingredients and cuisine. In December 2021, I opened a seasonal Italian restaurant called 'tTure' in Ebisu.
I have extensive experience in catering and off-site cooking, so please don't hesitate to share your preferences and requests. I hope to share precious moments with all of you through my cooking.

We offer natural Italian cuisine made with the finest ingredients from Toyama Prefecture, surrounded by mountains and sea, where vegetables and livestock are nurtured in the midst of nature. In the winter, we also feature game and seafood from the pristine waters of Toyama Bay, known as the 'natural fish tank,' delivering dishes that provide comfort and well-being to your body.
We source seasonal ingredients directly from local producers, so we customize our course offerings based on your preferences and any ingredients you may not enjoy. We will discuss your preferences in advance and propose a course menu accordingly. The menu provided is just one example.

Toyama is known for its coastal location and abundance of seafood, but it is also a region rich in nature, providing various game meats. We receive carefully prepared game meats such as wild boar, deer, bear, and duck from trusted hunters.
Each game meat is handled differently, with varying aging periods and cooking methods, ensuring that it is prepared at its best moment. In case game meats are not available due to seasonal factors, we will suggest dishes using domestic livestock.
Our course consists of a total of 7 dishes, including dessert. We use homemade handcrafted pasta and freshly baked focaccia made with natural yeast and natural hot spring water from Takaoka, Toyama.
