I have 6 years of experience in Kansai-style cuisine, followed by 3 years in Kanazawa's Kaga Onsen region, and 6 years of training at a traditional Tokyo ryotei (traditional Japanese restaurant).
Afterward, I was involved in launching various establishments, including upscale kushikatsu (deep-fried skewers) and providing support for restaurant openings.
