I am from Hiroshima.
I am currently 23 years old and live in Osaka.
I worked at a restaurant called XEX WEST in Osaka for about 5 years, starting when I was 19 years old, and I received training at various other restaurants during that time.
I use ingredients from Hiroshima and Italy to create my dishes. I take great pride in my handmade pasta, which I include in all of my courses, so please enjoy it! Although I am still young, I have a strong passion for cooking and a strong desire to make our customers happy. Thank you for your support.
