Born on July 1, 1982.

After graduating from a university in Kyoto, I was captivated by Japanese culture and embarked on the path of Japanese cuisine.

I worked at a riverside dining establishment in Kawaramachi. After that, I spent 9 years at "Kyoto Hotel Okura" and underwent 6 years of training at "Kappo Yamashita." In 2023, I started specializing in catering.

I hope you'll enjoy Kyoto cuisine that reflects the changing seasons and dishes made with a focus on quality ingredients.
