I trained for over 6 years at a well-established French restaurant in Osaka with more than 20 years of history, and I served as the head chef there for an additional 3 years. I aim to create an enjoyable experience through both the cuisine and the ambiance!

 

■Details of the tableware and cooking utensils to be prepared by you

・There should be tableware such as plates and chopsticks for the number of people.

・Please have a cutting board and a knife available.

・Ensure you have pots, pans, bowls, and a strainer with a diameter of 20cm or larger.

・There should be at least a 2-burner gas or IH stove available.

・Make sure there is sufficient cooking space.

※We will borrow cooking utensils from your home. Please check the above cooking utensils and make a reservation.
