After graduating from culinary school, I gained experience for 2 years in a bistro, followed by 5 years at a specialty katsu sandwich shop, and an additional 3 years in Italian cuisine. Currently, I am an independent owner and chef, running my own restaurant in collaboration with friends.

In terms of actively cooking and preparing dishes, I have 5 years of experience, primarily from my time working in the bistro and Italian restaurant. I aim to provide a joyful dining experience and hope to create moments of happiness for our customers.

 

■Details of the tableware and cooking utensils to be prepared by you

・There should be tableware such as plates and chopsticks for the number of people.

・Please have a cutting board and a knife available.

・Ensure you have pots, pans, bowls, and a strainer with a diameter of 20cm or larger.

・There should be at least a 2-burner gas or IH stove available.

・Make sure there is sufficient cooking space.

※We will borrow cooking utensils from your home. Please check the above cooking utensils and make a reservation.
