After graduating from Meiji University, I initially pursued a career in sales at a trading company and achieved the 2nd place nationally in the Rookie of the Year award.
I then made a significant career change by entering the culinary world. I began my journey in the service industry at high-end Italian restaurants in Omotesando and Aoyama, where I learned the ropes of customer service. Later, I transitioned to working in independent restaurants, overseeing two establishments and managing their culinary operations, including the launch of new venues.
Subsequently, I deepened my culinary expertise by studying French cuisine at a foreign-owned hotel. After participating in the revitalization of a restaurant, it received a Michelin one-star rating, was featured in Asia's Best Restaurants, and also recognized as one of the World's Best Restaurants within just six months of opening.
Following this, I embarked on a career as an independent business owner, receiving culinary service contracts from various restaurants. Alongside this, I also ventured into appetizer and catering services, as well as providing on-site chef services. This multi-faceted journey has led me to where I am today.

This is a French course that uses seasonal ingredients.
We hope you can enjoy our French course without feeling intimidated by the perceived complexity. We do not have a fixed menu as we use seasonal ingredients. We appreciate your understanding in this regard.
