I incorporate elements of Italian cuisine as a base and blend in techniques from French cuisine and Japanese cuisine.
For the Seasonal Courses, I provide suggested dishes, but I'm flexible and can accommodate any specific dislikes or preferences you may have.
I tailor the menu to match the number of guests and the occasion, whether it's a birthday, anniversary, or any other celebration.
After graduating from the Osaka Abeno Tsuji Culinary School, I continued to learn about cooking, bread and pastry making, with a focus on Osaka and Kobe. I've worked in various types of dining establishments, ranging from small individual restaurants to large hotels with a capacity of up to 300 people.
I have around 7 years of experience in providing catering services. This includes catering for elderly care homes, households with children with disabilities, individuals with injuries preventing them from going out, and even those who enjoy sharing meals with their pets.
I'm here to assist in various situations, and I'm delighted when my cooking can be of help to you.

Friends and Fun! A hearty course: 6,500 yen. (from 4 people)
This is a recommended course for dining with friends or other social gatherings, featuring 4-5 dishes with generous portions.

This menu consists of carefully selected seasonal ingredients, with 5-6 courses that allow you to savor a variety of high-quality dishes. It's recommended for special celebratory occasions.
1st Course: Seafood Tartare with Caviar and Vinegar Sauce
2nd Course: Tajima Chicken Roll with Arugula Salad
3rd Course: Pan-Seared Seafood with Mushroom Risotto
4th Course: Tajima Beef in Red Wine Reduction with Seasonal Vegetables in a Cocotte
5th Course: Tajima Beef Roll Steak and Grilled Veal with Perigueux Sauce

お肉のコースも子供も大満足でした♪また頼みたいです。
食事後はお皿等もきれいに洗っていただき、来られた時よりもキッチンがきれいになったようで、大変気持ちがよかったです。
一点気になったこととして、お料理が出てくるスピードが早く、まだ食べ終わっていない方がいても次のお料理が出てきてしまったので、少し急かされているように感じました。もう少し間隔を空け、ゆったりと美味しい食事を楽しめるようご配慮いただけるとありがたいです。上記の点はご相談させていただき、また自宅での会食の機会があればお願いしたいと思います。 (Show less)
