After graduating from university, I joined Nada Man, a Japanese cuisine restaurant, where I learned the strictness and fundamentals of Japanese cuisine.
After that, I gained experience in a wide range of establishments, from high-end restaurants in places like Daikanyama, Ginza, Yoyogi Uehara, and Kanda to casual izakayas.
After joining The Dining Co., Ltd., I was involved in launching izakayas in Osaka, a shabu-shabu restaurant in Nagoya, and later oversaw the management of two restaurants in Tokyo.
I decided to become an on-site chef because I wanted to bring the joy and excitement of dining to our customers, delivering not just a meal but an experience.
