After gaining experience at a well-established Italian restaurant in Kitashinchi, I went on to open my current establishment. I incorporate a touch of Japanese taste into my cuisine, building upon the foundation I learned during my apprenticeship, and I have developed my own unique style of cooking. My dishes are designed to provide both a sense of comfort and a playful element when enjoyed. I hope you can savor the distinctive flavors that my dishes bring to the table.

また、Happy Birthdayソングの際は、キッチンから口ずさみ、場が盛り上がるよう、 タイミングよく拍手してくださるなど、とにかくお気遣いが素晴らしいです!
おばあちゃん から 子供まで、みんなシェフに惚れてしまいました! 🥰
ちなみに、子供メニューも最高です!
ハンバーグもオムライスも贅沢な お味に仕上がっており、最後は 大人も含め取り合いでした。
