Expressing the vibrant colors of ingredients, Provençal-inspired creative cuisine. Crafting fully customized special dishes that embody various themes such as 'Taste, Color, Shape, Health, Happy.'
After graduating from culinary school, I honed my skills in French cuisine and pastry at hotels and restaurants in Tokyo. Subsequently, I worked as a chef at an organic cafe, focusing on research and development of dishes and sweets using vegetables, fruits, beans, and grains, and also contributed to the opening of the Los Angeles branch.
Currently, I am an independent chef and have launched the food project 'Food Sense,' where I explore ingredients, cooking, and food culture while expressing 'Taste, Color, Shape, Health, Happy' through various culinary themes. My international activities include serving as a private chef in Provence, France, every summer and conducting Japanese cuisine workshops in Crete, Greece.
In November 2020, I opened the atelier and restaurant 'épices de tomoreve' in Hiroo.
