After graduating from high school's culinary program, I began my apprenticeship in sushi in Kanazawa. Later, I had the privilege of training under a master of Japanese cuisine in Arima Onsen. I continued to build my career as a Japanese cuisine chef in places like Yufuin, Matsue, and Shirahama. I also ventured to Taiwan and Hawaii, where I worked to promote Japanese culinary culture. In addition to sushi, I offer a variety of dishes as part of our course menu.
