After graduating from high school, I started my career at Kobe Tankuma Kita branch, where I learned the fundamentals of Japanese cuisine. Following that, I gained experience at an exclusive Kyoto-style restaurant in Tokyo's Higashi-Ginza district, which operates on a referral-only basis. Currently, I work as a private chef specializing in modern kaiseki cuisine with a base in traditional Kyoto-style kaiseki.

I incorporate modern elements into the traditional Kyoto kaiseki to create a unique and contemporary dining experience. My goal is to make your special occasions even more memorable by offering my culinary expertise.

If you have specific ingredients you'd like to use or any particular dishes in mind, please don't hesitate to reach out and discuss your preferences. Please note that as I travel by train, I generally request clients to provide cooking utensils and tableware.
