After working for 5 years as a pastry chef and cook in a French restaurant in Tokyo, I gained experience at a luxury hotel in Akasaka. Following that, I became a chef and pastry chef at a restaurant with a view of Shibuya, all while working as a freelancer.

I have also been involved in developing recipes for major companies and overseeing dessert production. Currently, I am working as a freelance cook and pastry chef.
