Tsurui, established in the 15th year of the Showa era, has a rich history. It was originally founded in Shinsaibashi, Osaka, but over the years, it has endured through different eras, including the Bubble era and the Lehman shock. Currently, our restaurant is located in Abiko, Sumiyoshi-ku, Osaka.

I personally started my culinary journey at the age of 18, traveling to Tokyo and Kyoto to refine my skills in Japanese cuisine. I am committed to using seasonal ingredients and providing dishes that bring joy to our customers.

We aspire to be loved by many and offer cuisine that highlights the flavors of each season. We look forward to serving you and hope to create memorable dining experiences. If you have any questions or specific requests, please don't hesitate to let us know.
