I started my Italian culinary journey at the renowned Kyoto restaurant, Ristorante Azekura, and have accumulated 15 years of experience in Italian cuisine. I served as the head chef at Ristorante Teatrino and continue to do so today.

I have a strong passion for vegetables, to the extent that I cultivate them in my own garden. My specialties include vegetable dishes and pasta using seafood.
