From 2016 to 2018, I worked in the kitchen at the South Italian restaurant Pino Salice.

From 2018 to 2019, I served as both the manager and chef at SHARED CAFE Terrace Aobadai.

In 2019, I began offering catering services.

After starting my career in the IT industry fresh out of school, I made a complete change and dove into the culinary world I had always admired.

After training at a South Italian restaurant in Shibuya, I took on roles as a manager and chef at a cafe in Ikejiri Ohashi. Currently, I visit customers' homes to provide catering services.

I specialize in regional Italian dishes, which I have been studying since my corporate days.

If desired, I also offer prepared meals.

I can accommodate simple Japanese and Chinese dishes as well.

Having learned some French home-cooking from my French husband's mother (Maman), I have several dishes in my repertoire. Please feel free to inquire.

  • Transportation: Car (motorcycle) or train.

This course centers around traditional home cooking from Southern Italy.

Starting with three types of appetizers, it continues with pasta, a main dish, and dessert to ensure a fulfilling experience.
