I come from a family with a 56-year-old sushi restaurant, and I've been exposed to the world of culinary arts since I was young. After obtaining my cooking license, I worked in various creative Japanese cuisine restaurants in Aoyama and Nakameguro for nearly a decade. During that time, I gained experience in menu development and even took on roles as a manager and head chef.
Now, I'm excited to bring my culinary expertise to you. I specialize in Japanese cuisine but can create dishes that cater to each individual's tastes and dietary restrictions, including allergies. Whether you're looking for an intimate dinner for a few or affordable party catering for a larger group, I'm here to provide a flexible and tailored culinary experience.
