14 Years of Culinary Experience

Born in Kanagawa Prefecture in 1992.

 

After training at an Italian restaurant in Tokyo, I obtained my JSA Sommelier certification at the age of 24 and then moved to Italy.

 

Trained for a total of 2 years at Ristorante Cibus and Osteria Storica Morelli.

 

Since 2019, I have been honing my skills at Osteria Selvaggina.

 

In 2022, at the Japan Cheese Awards, the Komagome Ricotta Cheese, which I was responsible for producing, won the Gold Award and the Best in Category Award.

 

In the same year, I obtained my Class 1 Hunting License.

 

In July 2024, I became an independent personal chef.

 

I approach cooking with the mindset of "Simplicity with Care."

 

Whether you want to enjoy restaurant-quality meals at home, find it difficult to go out after having children, or want to spend memorable moments, I will do my utmost to provide dishes and experiences that bring joy to you and your loved ones.

ITALIAN Lunch ¥5,500 incl.tax

Weekday Lunch Short Course : ¥5,000 (For 4 to 8 people)

This is a lunch-only short course. It features freshly made cheeses and dishes prepared with seasonal ingredients, comprising a total of four courses.

 

This menu is perfect for customers who are new to our catering services or those who want to try it out casually.

 

Please feel free to consult with us about any food preferences, allergies, or ingredients you dislike.

Full Course for Special Occasions 12,300 yen (For 2 to 8 people)

We offer a unique experience with freshly made cheese produced on the day and courses crafted with seasonal ingredients personally sourced by the chef, creating a "special" moment unlike anywhere else.

 

Whether for special occasions, celebrations, families with small children, ladies' gatherings, or dining with friends, our courses are highly praised for a variety of occasions.

 

Course duration: approximately 2 hours (from the first dish to the last).

 

The following is a sample menu, so please feel free to let us know about any dislikes, allergies, or specific requests.

 

Fresh burrata cheese made on the day with seasonal fruit

Confit of Pacific saury from Hokkaido with grilled eggplant

Soup with maitake mushrooms and scallops

Tagliatelle with foraged domestic porcini mushrooms by the chef

Slow-braised Platinum pork in dark beer
