At 'Genya,' one of our three chefs will come to your location. Please rest assured that all three chefs are capable of preparing the ordered course.
We specialize in sushi catering, focusing on seasonal sushi made with red vinegar rice. Please enjoy the exceptional quality.
For each order, catering services are available starting from a minimum of 60,000 yen (excluding tax).
■ Chef Yousuke Yanagawa (photo on the left) Born in 1989, from Osaka. He joined a sushi restaurant after high school graduation and later worked for a dining group with a 60-year history, where he gained experience as a manager. Currently, he is the leading figure in the catering division of 'Sushi Ba~Genya' in Osaka Fukushima.
■ Chef Haru Kuhara (photo in the middle) Born in 1993, graduated from Otemon Gakuin University, Osaka. He started working at 'Genya' as a part-time job at 18 and became a full-time employee in his senior year of college. At 22, he was involved in launching 'Genya Nishinakajima' and became the manager of 'Genya Nishinakajima' at 25. He is now the chief of the Genya external sales department, leading the 'Genya EC' and 'Genya Kitchen Car' divisions.
■ Chef Eisuke Sakaida (photo on the right) The young master of 'Sushi Genya' in Osaka Fukushima, a business that has been ongoing for over 15 years. He is a sushi entertainer who brings together four Osaka Genya stores with his original ideas. Please enjoy our sushi, crafted with sincerity and heartfelt dedication.
