I spent seven years working as a chef in France—primarily in Paris—where I led teams at several Michelin-starred restaurants. In addition to my experience in France, I have also hosted successful culinary events at Michelin-starred establishments in Los Angeles, Taipei, and Taichung.

 

Now based in Japan, I personally visit contracted farms to harvest seasonal vegetables and herbs by hand. I also source premium ingredients directly from carefully selected producers. Using these exceptional ingredients, I craft one-of-a-kind tasting courses that go beyond what you might find even in Michelin-starred restaurants.

 

To complete the dining experience, dessert is prepared by my wife, who worked as a pâtissière in Paris. From start to finish, you’ll enjoy a beautifully curated, delicious meal in the comfort of your own home.
