渡部 紘人 シェフ

Originally from Hokkaido, he developed an interest in the culinary world while working part-time at a long-established Western-style restaurant in his hometown during high school.

At the age of 18, he began his journey into French cuisine, attending culinary school while training at a restaurant.

After working as a chef in Sapporo, he moved to France to further hone his skills at a Michelin one-star restaurant in Paris.

Drawing on over ten years of experience in French cuisine, he now creates original dishes that blend elements of Italian, Japanese, and other international cuisines.

He is dedicated to "delivering moments of bliss through food," crafting unforgettable dining experiences for every guest.
