A veteran chef with 30 years of experience specializing in Japanese cuisine, having started on the path of Japanese cuisine in a restaurant in Ginza, Tokyo. Currently, I am the owner of 'Sushi Yuujiro,' a newly opened restaurant in Sakaisuji-Honmachi.
You can enjoy authentic Japanese cuisine, including 'tai soumen' (thinly sliced sea bream sashimi) and freshly made sushi right at home. I also prepare sushi right in front of you.
I would be delighted to serve senior customers and those celebrating special occasions with us, including children.

A full Japanese meal including sushi for ¥7,000.
1st Course: "Appetizer" - Summer Vegetables with Hair Crab, Akashi Octopus, Sea Bream, and Crab Miso Dressing
2nd Course: "Soup" - New Lotus Root Steamed Bun with Tokushima Conger Eel and Kudzu Sauce, Topped with Junsaileaves
3rd Course: "Sashimi" - Natural Tuna, Tuna Belly, Blowtorched Mackerel, Grilled Tokushima Conger Eel with Yuba, Abalone Liver Tossed
4th Course: "Fried" - Rare Tuna Cutlet
5th Course: "Sushi" - Marinated Tuna, Horse Clam, Blowtorched Tuna Belly, Red Clam, Poached Tokushima Conger Eel <5 pieces>
6th Course: "Noodles" - Sea Bream Somen
