After training at a certain restaurant in Tokyo, I continued my culinary journey by working at RISTORANTE ANDREINA, a Michelin one-star restaurant with a 50-year history in the Marche region of Italy. Over time, I was entrusted with preparing pasta and main dishes.
Upon returning to Japan, I gained experience as the head chef at an Osteria in Osaka and eventually became the owner and chef at the current Trattoria Della Nonna.
I specialize in authentic pasta dishes and have countless recipes to offer. I strive to create visually delightful dishes, so please enjoy not only the flavors but also the presentation.

Italian Course with the Fragrance of White Truffles for 6,000 yen (Minimum of 4 Guests)
Course Menu:
1st Course: "Soup" - Chilled Vegetable Soup Gazpacho
2nd Course: "Appetizer" - Assorted Appetizers Trattoria Style
3rd Course: "Pasta" - Basil and Potato Genovese
4th Course: "Risotto" - Porcini Mushroom Risotto with the Fragrance of White Truffles
5th Course: "Main" - Herb-Roasted Pork Loin Arista
Served with baguette.
Additional Options:
Children's 3,000 yen course (Tax Included ¥3,300)
Tableware rental: 500 yen per person (Tax Included ¥550)
Assorted Appetizers for One Person 3,000 yen (Available for orders of 2 or more)

盛り付けも綺麗で、普段使用しているお皿も見違える程でした！
賃貸マンションの狭いキッチンなので大丈夫か心配でしたが、全く問題なく、洗い物も使い終わった後の掃除も、とても綺麗にして頂き、本当に心地よいサービスだと感じました。
コロナ禍で子供も小さい為、お洒落なレストランでの外食は難しいと断念していましたが、こちらに頼んで正解でした！
シェフの人柄もよく、話しやすい方だったので七里さんにお願いして本当に良かったです。機会があればまた、お願いしたいと思います。 (Show less)

シェフの方も話やすく、こちらも安心して楽しい時間を過ごせました。
お料理も味、ボリューム共に満足しました。
また違うお料理も味わってみたいなと思いましたので、是非また利用したいです。
特にリゾットが素晴らしかったです！
当日はすべてシェフの方にまかせれてゆっくりした時間を過ごせました。

どのお料理も美味しくて、大満足です！
