After graduating from culinary school, I worked at Jean-Mulan in Kobe Kitano and Austral in Ginza before joining a wedding company. There, I worked as the head chef, producing bridal course meals.
Currently, I am the owner and chef of The French Blue in Temmabashi. I use ingredients from my hometown, Tajima, to create authentic French cuisine that is also enjoyable and accessible. Please enjoy our dishes made with Tajima-produced ingredients.

French Course with Carefully Selected Ingredients for 7,000 yen
Course Menu:
1st Course: "Amuse-bouche" - Homemade Ham Mousse with Onion Farbulton
2nd Course: "Appetizer" - Terrine of Tajima Farm Vegetables with Marinated Iwana from Kanbaneta Village
3rd Course: "Soup" - Chilled Pumpkin Soup
4th Course: "Fish Dish" - Pan-seared Fresh Fish with Grapefruit Butter Sauce
5th Course: "Meat Dish" - Vinegar-braised Tanba Chicken with Poached Egg in Red Wine Sauce
Served with baguette.
Options:
Chef's Choice Bottle Wine (Red, White, Sparkling available): 5,000 yen per bottle (Tax Included ¥5,500)
Main Course Change: Tajima Beef Fillet (Additional Charge: 3,000 yen) (Tax Included ¥3,300)
Additional Dessert: 1,000 yen (Tax Included ¥1,100)
