Starting from the age of 18, the chef apprenticed at Alain Chapel (a renowned restaurant in Akashi, known as the disciple of Kobe Portopia Hotel). Subsequently, they built their career in hotels and restaurants in Kobe, Tokyo, and other places.
In 2011, they became the chef at the French Bar Restaurant "Antique," which has become a popular establishment where chefs and sommeliers gather until late at night.
